saturday night project

i got some different watercolor paint to add another layer of purple to those poetry art pages, but i didn't dilute it enough, and it was too dark to see any text. :( so i may try to find a different way to do that idea. i went to hobby lobby tonight, and i found some scrapbook paper that coordinates with violet's nursery bedding, so i got some of that, and i found 2 old white frames i had in the garage, so i painted them pink and sort of collaged the paper in the frame. i'm going to put photos of violet and/or family pics in those frames when she gets here. :) i like how they turned out!
